1. 您透過 JDIT-Kaohsiung branch（下稱「JDIT-K」）網站之詢問表單及電子郵件提供給 JDIT-K 之個人資料，均依本隱私權政策處理。
2. JDIT-K 於取得、保有、使用或揭露您的個人資料時，將致力不損及您的權益。
3. 一般而言，您可以匿名瀏覽 JDIT-K 網站，無須提供任何個人資料。
4. JDIT-K 透過制定適當之安全措施，致力防止自您取得之個人資料遭洩漏、遺失、毀損或未經授權之存取。
5. JDIT-K 僅於為達成下列任一目的所必要時，始使用您的個人資料：
a. 履行您與 JDIT-K 之間所訂立之契約。

1. Personal information that you provide to JDIT-Kaohsiung branch ("JDIT-K") by means of inquiry forms and e-mail through JDIT-K's website is dealt with in accordance with this privacy policy.
2. Whenever JDIT-K obtains, holds, uses, or discloses your personal information, we endeavour to act in a way that is not detrimental to your rights and interests.
3. In general, you can visit JDIT-K's website anonymously and without revealing any personal information.
4. Through the formulation of appropriate security measures, JDIT-K endeavours to prevent any leakage or loss of, or damage or unauthorized access to, personal information we obtain from you.
5. JDIT-K will use your personal information only when essential for achieving either of the following objectives:
a. To execute contracts concluded between you and JDIT-K.
b. To send you information concerning the holding of events, etc.
6. Unless your prior consent has been obtained, JDIT-K will not provide your personal information to third parties. However, in any of the following cases JDIT-K may provide personal information to third parties without your prior consent:
a. If JDIT-K is required to do so by law.
b. If it is necessary to do so in order to protect the lives, persons, or properties of individuals, and obtaining your prior consent is difficult.
c. If it is necessary to cooperate with central government institutions, local governments, or any entities acting on their behalf for the execution of any legally prescribed business, and there is concern that obtaining your consent may impede the execution of the said business.
7. If an individual content displays a separate privacy policy or has a link to a content that displays one, that privacy policy takes precedence over the JDIT-K website privacy policy.
8. JDIT-K adheres to all laws and regulations and other norms pertaining to the handling of personally identifiable information, and seeks to continually revise and improve the content of this privacy policy.
